A truly puzzling pastime.
Buyers regret?

Civil War II? That sounds like something from the demented mind of Steve King who threatened that red state residents will unleash their 8 trillion bullets on democrats

This is what the right is agitating for if you go on all of their conspiracy-related websites.

That, and Michelle Obama was really a transexual man and Barak was secretly gay. George Soros' name is plastered everywhere, as you would expect.

Some of the crap written on there would be amusing -- IF -- you could reasonably tell yourself that most of the posters on there were joking.

People arent joking, they are pissed off. There is tremendous vitriol towards libs taking away traditional values.

And "talk about it"? If they were just talking about it, it would be a whole different issue.

Read the last 30 pages on this thread. It is nothing but arguing back and forth about how awful the state is, how anyone who doesn’t think it’s THAT awful should "adjust their reality meds," is "a left wing hypocrite," and it's "no wonder CA is in trouble – look at its residents," etc, etc.
If you were completely confident that there wasn't any validity in that thirty pages of 'arguing', you wouldn't care one whit about that thirty pages of 'arguing'. The only logical reason that it bothers you is that you know or fear (or both) that some of those criticisms are valid and would rather keep your rose colored glasses on than admit that.

It's not as though those thirty pages are on a billboard located 50 feet from your property, thus being something you can't help but see. No one is forcing you to continue to read this thread and possibly find even more of the pages to be distasteful.

Interesting .

The man was the President of the United States...our President....for eight years, yet you don't know how to spell his name.

You pull this "insecure" rationale of yours on every single poster who gets tired of California bashers. Sorry; not buying it.

"In L.A. it feels like you're living paycheck to paycheck," recalled Jessica Ortiz. "Depending on what you're doing and the size of your family. Out here I don't really have to worry about that."

From the last 10 years, the Californian buyers have evolved quite a bit," Zanganeh explained. "Ten years ago it was about a third of our business, and today it makes up 65 to 70-percent of our home-buyers that are relocating here from the state of California."

Last time I was in Vegas a year ago I was shocked at the growth I saw. So many new housing tracts and ware houses. My friend used to live there so I know the area well. If they get that high speed rail done from here to there it will explode.

With all due respect to phoenix residents I would not consider it due to the extreme weather hot/cold/desert. I visited quite often as my college roommate lived there his entire life prior to college. I remember him calling it the sht hole of the south.
