Phoniex well it just isn’t that nice really and no beaches. If the tax rates were identical I’d choose Southern California over Arizona. But they aren’t and the benefits California offers don’t stack up anymore.
Oh cut the "beach" schpeel. No one cares.

You've had all this time to deliver some snarky biting retort and that's the best you could do? I am disappointed.

If you're off the farm from Nebraska and Los Angeles isnt working out, Phoenix is paradise. If you can afford Beverly Hills, Phoenix would be a downgrade.

The reality is that few people are really selling their homes in L.A , this is why inventory is so super low now.

In the entire San Fernando Valley for example, only 266 houses sold in February. This is an area of over 1.7 Million people.

The computer program, called Fi$Cal, has cost the state more than $900 million and has repeatedly been delayed since its 2005 launch. Yee, echoing a January recommendation from the state auditor, said more delays are needed.

LOL. Messed up state. A billion of waste here, a billion there...pretty soon you're talking real money. Oh, and increased taxes. I don't have to do a snarky comment. Just point out facts.

Maybe the same people who screwed up Fis$cal costing the taxpayers a billion dollars at least are also doing the tally of houses sold.
