The "educated man" was Korean. Sadly, this is one of those neighborhoods where neighbors hardly ever speak to each other.

It isn't my purpose to insult this or any other person. However, I will not be yelled at on my property by someone who's made an unverified assumption. Had this person politely asked if I'd moved the dumpster, I would have probably gone out and helped him push it back to its place.
