Default Posting Stats

I do not need to post stats. Just drive around the SFV in placing like Van Nuys, Panorama City, North Hills, these places used to be middle class neighborhoods now they look like some 3rd world country!

Drive to Vegas & Phoenix and see the whole city blocks of former Angelenos!

My father is an immigration attorney for 30 years so I know what is going on. I do not need some newspaper to tell me stats.

Also it is known that Hispanics have more children then white this one reason why they are the fastest growing minority!

I agree these areas are not as nice and placid as they use to be and it's disappointing to see. But to suggest they now look like third world countries is an exaggeration. Also, many of the people who are homeowners in these areas are middle class but the racial makeup is now more diverse and less white.

I would say at least 50% of the signs in these places are in Spanish. Walk into the Walmart in Panorama City you think you are in Mexico!

California *gained* 303,402 people?

Those in the gain column were probably illegal aliens., or births attributed to illegal aliens.

The SFV valley, primarily Northside and Eastside and the Los Angeles Basin deomographics have changed dramatically in the past 20 years.

Neighborhoods evolve, and exaggerations linger. Most people are in the middle, and most people aren't leaving.

Default Former Middle class areas of LA going to crap

any thoughts on the valley going down the tubes. It seems that what used to be descent areas of the valley and some surrounding suburbs are being overrun with gangs and illegal immigrants. No wonder LA people are running for Arizona,Texas,Nevada,Oregon and Florida. The middle class are being replaced by Gangsters and Illegal Immigrants.

This is extremely off, not only politically, but socio-ecomonic as well.
