We can start the reshaping by reducing this city's density -- tear down half the office buildings and apartment buildings, and make them public parks. And scrap the disease train (i.e. subway).

You have no idea what damage, if any, will be done to people’s health. The CDC already revised the mortality rate downward.

A month after reopening, Georgia coronavirus cases continue slow and steady:

And yet the mortality rate was lowered. Plus just throwing out numbers is meaningless without breakdown and context.

Plenty of people get sick without dying or even getting close to dying. Doesn't mean it's okay. You wouldn't want to get sick. Some restaurant-goers will be in for more than they think. My opinion is that isn't worth mild economic benefits (if that's not cancelled out by sick days and medical treatment) and LA should wise up and first further reduce the transmission rate and require more stringent testing for restaurant employees. Also, expand outdoor seating, which is much safer.

Maybe the outdoor seating should be expanded, but the restaurants should open up even more. It’s an individual choice whether you want to go. With all the “experts” constantly changing their opinion, we don’t know what the truth is. Do you avoid all people during flu season?

Exactly, experts are changing their mind and message so much that i am not sure that they even know what they are talking about.

"Individual choice" is almost meaningless when it's not informed choice. People don't realize how high-risk are enclosed spaces with possibly infected diners. Low risk for death but significant risk for illness. No, I don't avoid people during the flu season - there's a vaccine (plus Tamiflu)! Statements like that show you aren't 'arguing' in good faith.
