Baldwin Hills/Vista/Lader Heights/Windsor Hills/Leimert Park/etc

I'm guessing those are "safe", because they aren't being enroached by the burgeoning Hispanic population which often swallows whole black neighborhoods.

Even if that is true now it will not be true in the future. The future of Los Angeles is a Latino future. They will take over all areas. Both Blacks and Whites will be minority populations and the Latinos will be making all the important decisions.

Uh... Was that "enroached" a pun? Or a typo?

It was a typo, sorry.

LA's latino future is already showing, I read the nat'l avg. for middle class households in a city is 50%, but in LA it's 28%.

It really scares me from reading these posts. I hate to be discouraged from leaving California and moving to LA.

I mean I think LA is a great city on the West Coast, but I don't want to be discouraged.

I'm sorry for making fun of the typo. I just thought that it was an amusing but unintentional pun.

Oh boy, my raging paranoia is on the rise again. What about West LA? According to Wiki, the back population is increasing in the southwestern most parts of the westside.

In certain parts like Mar Vista and Del Rey, but not Westchester and parts of Venice.
