Does anyone out there remember the Bob's Big Boy on Lankershim Blvd in North Hollywood? Trying to find someone that remembers the fate of that particular Bobs...and yes there was one there,,,,kitty corner from the El Portal theater. We're talking 60' - 70's.... Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I as a kid would go the one in Canoga Park in the 1960s. It was on Sherman Way, maybe around Desoto. Back then there were other restaurants, not sure if they are around anymore, The Copper Penny and Nibblers. Can't forget Farrells Ice Cream (one left in Santa Clarita with historical menus on the wall...the Zoo in 1968 was like $10).

I graduated high school with Casey Wian (does business news on CNN Headline News) whose dad Bob Wian started Bobs Big Boy in 1936.
