Also, it's weird that nobody seems to know if LAPD officers are tested regularly. If the mandate is the city's way around the expense of regularly testing municipal employees, that is an unwise move.
How is that a win? Please explain? So a losing a veteran officer who had been fully trained coupled with their experience is a good thing?

Bad decisions? What are these bad decisions? I’m not understanding?

LAPD cops from the 80’s and 90’s aren’t good cops? They’re probably your best cops. I’m guessing you’re cop somewhere. What agency do you work for?

With all this said, it is my belief that it has been a good thing to force health care workers to quite with vaccine mandates when these hospitals are overrun with covid patients. Makes sense. Good job. Fortunately more than 20% of ICU beds are open to patients who require ICU care right as I type this. If these hospitals were so overwhelmed with covid patients, you wouldn’t care that a nurse or doctor was vaccinated or not.

About 1 in 5 people in the U.S. who get measles will be hospitalized
1 out of every 1,000 people with measles will develop brain swelling, which could lead to brain damage
1 to 3 out of 1,000 people with measles will die, even with the best care

How does that justify mandating the covid shot?

Business Insider? Another leftist propaganda Pravda media site. Anyway, I would agree with Trump. Whatever Fauci says, do the opposite. He’s just a TV doctor and a fraud. He is worse than a TV evangelist. I would be more inclined to listen to doctors who have actually seen patients within the past 50 years. If Trump listened to Fauci, there would be no vaccine.

You've got to be kidding. And it's interesting that only one president out of the seven Dr. Fauci has advised decided not to follow his advice.

In 1984, Dr. Fauci became the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). He agreed to take the position only if he could continue seeing patients and keep his research lab.

Good for LAPD for standing up to this foolishness. One size doesn’t fit all. There are no exemptions for officers that have natural immunity from previous infections. There are no long term studies on this experimental drug. You folks should be proud of the LAPD for standing up to this governmental overreach.

So Fauci hasn’t seen patients in 30+ years? Fauci is a Chinese stool pigeon. He’ll sell you out for a few more shekels in his pocket.
