What are all yinz complaining about? Here in Pittsburgh, it's been raining for 2 weeks and 50 degrees. The forecast isn't going to change much in the next week or so. Thank goodness, we'll be in LA in two weeks to soak up some sun for a couple days.

I was enjoying May Gray and now I'm longing for June Gloom.

It's running about 95 I think here in Thousand Oaks last 4 days.

I'm pretty sure it's 100 here. We were dying at RenFest in Irwindale. It was fun regardless, but oh wow. We're glad to be back in the air conditioning now.

JerZ, when I lived in the SGV, we didn't have air conditioning. My dad still lives there and doesn't, but he's crazy. Glad you didn't melt in Irwindale today.

Is it more humid today? Temp is lower I think but it feels kind of muggy. Yuck.

At least there's a breeze.

I like a breeze too. We're right in front of the Santa Anas so we do at least get that breeze and it's awesome when it happens.

Hang in there, Pecan; it's supposed to be cooler on Wednesday, in the 70s I think, perfect weather! It's warm today but I don't think as much as yesterday.

I was able to take my kids for a walk and came through it all pretty much okay. I guess it just feels like the beginning of summer, sort of?

JerZ I'm looking forward to perfect weather! And all in all, the bad spell wasn't all that long at least. I can do with 3 or 4 days of 100 degrees here and there, it's when it stretches for 2 weeks or more that it's a bit much.

Maybe I can actually do some hiking over the holiday weekend without melting into the hillside.
