Phillips Ranch is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, serene and I'd move there... yesterday, if we could afford.

While no neighborhood is perfect, my wife and I have been proud residents of "The Ranch" for 26 years. It is hard to believe that the oldest neighborhoods in the community turned 30 earlier this year. But the Ranch has matured very well. A contributing factor to stabilizing the community and making it a more attractive place to live was the opening of Diamond Ranch HS in 1997. All of the schools serving the Ranch (Decker, Ranch Hills, Lorbeer, and DRHS) are well respected and high performing. Two are CA Distinguished Schools and one is a National Blue Ribbon School. We have many friends and acquaintances who, like us, are on their second home in Phillips Ranch. We know one family who has "moved up" twice, and another that has lived in five homes here. Are there things the City of Pomona should have done differently in the development of the community? Sure. But all things considered, it is a great place to live.

Phillips Ranch is an excellent community with top schools. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, but is close to the major freeways for easy commuting. Phillips Ranch is one of the secrets of the San Gabriel Valley.

Good schools, quaint, rolling hills, serene, diverse, and peaceful. So happy to have moved here ten years ago. Great neighbors here that care about their homes.

Diamond Ranch is without doubt one of the most attractive schools in all of Southern California. Very compelling architecture that also takes into consideration how a modern school operates, and moreover it successfully integrates the social and learning spaces in meaningful ways. Schools are important civic buildings but are often lacking in design quality.

I do believe that good design can improve the overall quality of life of a place!

Interesting. I always considered it part of the Inland Empire.

Phillips Ranch is in a great location and close in proximity to Cal Poly Pomona, Mt Sac University, Claremont Colleges, DeVry University, Pomona College, University of La Verne, and Western University of Health Sciences.
