We get our electricity bill through Southern California Edison (SCE). Sometime in 2019 (I think), there was a change in our area so the bill is now divided into two parts: "Delivery" by SCE and "Supply/Generation" by Clean Power Alliance (CPA).

What I'd really like to see is a side-by-side comparison of our bills as they would be before this change was made for us vs. how they are now, after this change. Of course, these companies don't make things that simple.

Has anyone opted out of CPA? If so, did you notice any savings on your bill?

BTW, we don't qualify for any of the discount programs.
