hey again,
is anybody here a part of an adult athletics club or league? Specifically, I'm looking for indoor volleyball, bowling, dodgeball, and/or ultimate frisbee leagues or preferably, open courts.

Looking around the Burbank area. I know their YMCA has some organized sports, but are there any other options?

thanks

indoor volleyball at LACC, hollywood high and some spot in N.Hollywood. a minimal fee to play, but once you meet folks theyll let you know what other spots are out there and what teams are lookin for players. if your good enough other players will notice and ask you to play with them. its not too competitive, but some people do take it seriously, also depends on the league and the division.

Bowling is easy, you just go down to the lanes and find one with open spots on a league you would like. Ask about which ones are more fun vs. the very competitive leagues. I seem to remember going to a wrap party at a nice bowling alley that had to be in the Burbank area, seems like on or near Riverside Drive.

I saw this on Craigslist last night. It looked worth checking out; www.CoedSportsLA.com
I think it is more casual than joining a league and you pay a nominal fee per each sport you want to play that day. They have a multitude of various sports, but I have no experience through that organization.

Good luck
