that is not true. do a little research on keynesian economics. there is certainly a corelation between the quality of life in a country and the redistribution of wealth to the poor. it may seem unfair, but it is really to the benefit of the society at large to offer some social/economic programs to the poor. if you don't believe me, take a trip to mexico sometime.

Speaking of Mexico, how about we build new freeways that have a toll option?
Then, we leave the 5S a toll-free zone and open the borders. I'm willing to bet lots of illegals won't want to pay the toll. We can have a "Gratis Sea World" day and then block the exits and keep them on that 5S straight into Mexico. Then, we won't need a 1/2 cent tax increase because we'd be saving millions!!!!

Oh, yea, but let's just keep throwing hard earned Americans money at the real problem.

Dont you people remember the .50 cent tax increase that was only suppose to last 6 months.Never dropped and the money is never used for what its suppose to be used for.
Does the money from the lotto go to it proposed purpose?
