We've used Costco gas for years, no problems. I've never bought into the theory that one brand of gas is better than another. I think that all gas comes from the same refineries and I just go with whatever is cheapest.

It is all the same fuel.
Different Co's like Shell, Chevron,, add a packet of cleansers when filling their tanks.

I just bought a brand new compact SUV, so I plan to maybe start using Costco's gas. I better not have any problems w/ my new car!

Costco gas uses the Kirkland additive so it must be good.

Diesel smells diffrent from mogas...just an easy way to tell the difference! But you are right...you will totally kill your car of you put it in by mistake!
