Hello,

I am 22 and am just entering my final year of college in England where i am studying real estate management and investment. I have spent a lot of time in California (i was there all summer) in the last few years and have decided i want to move somewhere between LA and SD along the coast. I have some friends out there so am sure wouldn't have a problem adapting.

My issue is getting a job. I have done a year long intern and feel that my resume is good. However I am concerned about whether i will be able to compete for jobs and be able to get a visa that will allow me to work. I have some contacts who may be able to help with getting a job but this doesn't eliminate the need for a visa.

Any advice would be much appreciated

I should add that my degree is in commercial property. I should also add that with the economy in the state that it's in, real estate is affected everywhere, including here in London.

I do not necessarily want a job in real estate, as my degree is still a level of education that teaches me about all aspects of business.
