Is there any chance of getting a job after college in LA area and live there in my future and start with zero money?
I just checked home prices in LA/OC County area, and homes are so expensive, like there's no nice homes under $700,000
I really wants to live in LA in my future, but is there any chance I could if I'm not rich. Homes are expensive in NJ too, but I live with my parents now so..

PLEASE GOD MAKE ME A MILLIONAIRE!!!

For $2000/month, you could rent a luxury house in Florida with 5 bd, 3 bth etc.

Well how could people efford apartments? You have to pay electricity, water, car costs, food etc.

LIFE'S EXPENSIVE

One word: Roomates!!

Actually many young professionals and college students find creative ways to live in some of the nicest places in SoCal using this method. Check out craigslist to get a real idea of current prices and roomate options.

I grew in the South Bay (Hermosa and Manhattan Beach). And I knew many young ppl who went in on a beach house. They were not rich by any means.
