In the Valley also, from what I've heard. A friend of mine who was living in Van Nuys was able to move to a nice complex in Sherman Oaks right off Ventura Boulevard because of falling rent. Rents and housing prices, however, are still quite high when compared to income despite the drops.
Now I'm starting to want to move BACK....
