Yeah, so it's like windy here, man. What if we had heavy winds and an earthquake at the same time. Yeegads! But hey, at least we'd be treated to Tony Villar hosting the mother of all press conferences.

You should feel the wind in Fontana. We're the first city the SA Winds hit when they come barreling out of Cajon Pass. The house feels like it's being hit repeatedly by an 18 wheeler.

That must be why they use extra spoiler at California Speedway.

I live in Costa Mesa but I was in San Pedro and Glendale today. It was windy when I left CM this morning but neither San Pedro nor Glendale were windy. I didn't feel it again until I got back into OC.

Only certain wind-prone areas are experiencing high wind otherwise it is almost calm. North & western San Fernando valley\ San Bernardino county\ Orange county are the usual routes "santa ana" winds take thru the passes in the mountains.

Nice to have a winter day near 80F esp tomorrow & Monday.

I emailed a screenshot of tomorrow's forecast of 80 degrees to a friend in Wisconsin (former Californian). They just had 12" dumped on top of what already was there, and they've been basking in single digit temps.

He responded by telling me to do something that's anatomically impossible. At least for me it is.

It has been windy here since early Friday morning, about 4:00 AM.

Only 66 degrees here today due to the strong winds, but the minimum temp this morning was 56 degrees... about 12 degrees above normal.

Normally I love the wind. it feels like it blows all the junk out of the air. but since the recent fires in Sylmar, all the ash and debris is blowing around , my sinuses are killing me.

Yes, a nice day out here, too. Currently clear and 76 degrees with mild Santa Ana winds.
