water in our 6 unit complex was shut off from 10 pm to 6 am due to pluming probs in the apartment below us. that went on for three days. finally got water restored except for aparment below. the lady that lives there has been sent to a motel paid for by the owner ( owner is still trying to get the lady to stay in managers apt. who just passed away ) under protest. for the last three days no one has worked on the apt.. i was told i could not use kitchen sink at all because of drain issues. alot more to this but, first question can i deducted from rent for my inconvinence? seond is the owner responsible for the ladys meals while she stays in motel?
