Hi All,

I am thinking of moving to Encino right off the 101 freeway around White Oak and Lindley. Would you consider that area to be safe and nice to live? Any information you can tell me about this area will be awesome!

Thanks so much!

The area is relatively safe. Can't really tell you if it's nice since I'm not sure what you're looking for in an area.

I live in that area now. I moved about a month ago. I would say that it is pretty safe--I haven't had any problems. There are a lot of families and older people in my building. I live on Burbank, which is a block north of Ventura, so it's close to a lot of stores and stuff. It's close to a really nice park, the 101, the 405, and Sherman Oaks. PM me if you have any more questions!

Good area. Cant really say anything bad about it. If you are not used to stuck up persians or those kinda people it may get annoying. They can tend to drive like they are too good for anyone on the road and stick to their people. But if you can ignore it, its fine.

I used to live off White Oak near the 101 frwy in Encino. Lindley and White Oak both run North and South, so I am not sure which street you are moving to but, I would say it is a fine place to live that offers all the amenities one would want. It does get congested, not inexpensive and very hot in the summer

Encino is a pretty and safe place, one of the best within the city, not all Encino is up scale, that part is only that in the hills, but the rest is also good with many amenities.
