I was in the Conejo Valley all this past week. I think it was sunny for maybe 30 minutes the whole time I was there. I liked it though, cool and comfortable.

This is non unusual June weather (in LA). By July and August, you might be wishing for the nice cool June weather to return if you live inland.

The weather we have had the last week or two is, in fact, unusual. In addition to the marine layer influences we call June Gloom, we've also had troughs sitting over the area that have brought clouds NOT associated with the marine layer. So, we've had both going on. Really, as far as I can tell, the coastal areas have really not been much more impacted by the overcast than the rest of the entire metro area, and that is weird.
