I have to drive to LAX tomorrow, leaving around 1 PM from Santa Monica Blvd and La Brea. Google Maps suggests:

- La Brea down to Culver City then streets the rest of the way (31 minutes? Ha!),
- La Brea to 10 to the 405, or
- 101 to the 110 to the 105

Any thoughts on which one would be best?

Really? Streets, with all the stoplights, would be faster than freeways in the middle of the day?

Yes, make your way over to La Cienaga and head south making a right turn on La Tijera. You can follow the signs all the way to LAX.

Yes, when we lived near Beverly & LaBrea this is the way we would go to LAX. Forget the freeways.
