Fortunately I've never needed a mechanic since moving to CA. Now, I'm having some battery/alternator issues and I need a mechanic in the San Gabriel Valley area. It is so hard to find a decent mechanic when you don't know a ton of people in the area. It's for a domestic car if it matters.

Can anyone make any recommendations?

Talking or maybe, you can do it yourself!

Good luck!

Oh yeah, don't forget to disconnect the batteries first from the alternator.
