i would to go santee alley in downtown la. they have a ton of trendy stuff super cheap. thing is, at most of the shops there, you can not try things on. i have gotten pants there for 7 bucks each, and cute shirts for 5 bucks.

Are there any JC Penny stores in LA? If so, that store sells Levi mens jeans. I just bought a black pair on Friday. List $54, on sale for $36. Love them. Very comfortable.
