Maybe you are in trouble and maybe you are not. Not my decision here. Not sure if any of us can decide here. we don't have all the particulars on your situation, just what you have informed us about. Many that get tickets, red light or by officer, don't think that they did anything wrong. It comes down to perception. What do you percieve to be the truth about driving in that intersection and what does those that will look at the pictures perieve? If you do get a ticket and you can prove your case maybe you have a chance. From what I hear though most camera tickets end up in the favor of the court.

The same thing happened to me about one month ago, I DID stop, but the camera flashed ! I've been holding my breath each time I check my mailbox every day, but I still haven't recieved a ticket.

As I remember there is no sign for no-left-turn. I was on the left lane and the light was green when I did left turn. Only one thing I am worrying is that before I got into the intersection, I made a lane change quickly to left lane and it had sold white lane.

Am I going to get a ticket for changing lanes? or do you think I did something wrong? Does every red light camera flash mean tickets? or it just take photo for every cars who are making a left turn?

I got a ticket (running stop sign) a month ago. I shouldn't have any tickets for another 18 months.

Help!!!!!!!

Red light cams do self test every once in a while and flash even though no violations occurred.

HELP: I got flashed twice at an intersection in Canoga and Sherman Way. Was making a right turn and the light was still green up until I was almost about to turn that it turned yellow then red at which point it was hard for me to slow down completely and I got flashed the first time. When I had cleared the turn, I had every intention of slowing down but the oncoming traffic was approaching so I gassed and that's when I got flashed the second time. Completely my fault. I shouldn't have come in hot for that right turn.

This is my first actual case as a driver and I tried reading online about these cases and it's scaring me with all these things that they make you do like going to court, your insurance blowing up and what of it.

Is there another way that I could probably go about this without me having to shell out a ton of money, which I don't have at all?

Don't remember but I heard that you can say that its not you in the photo or something like that and get away with it. Unsure if something like that will work now.

I passed from red light camera . But the light was green but still flashed on me. I’m not sure if it’s causing me problem. Or will I get any point in my driver records??

Just throw it away. They aren't enforceable unless you're stupid enough to go down to the court and admit it was you.
