Rental. Am seeking like a 1 bedroom (meaning I have a living room and a bedroom space to utilize) or a large open space. Can be a warehouse type of building though. I have a console, protools rig, and a million amps and guitars, drum set. Looking to spend up to $1500 per month. I don't care if it's in the valley, oc, la.

Plenty of industrial space in Chatsworth but if you are looking to party every night you might not last very long before they ask you to leave.

Hi. Have you had any luck with this search? I am in the same situation. If yes please send me an email if you have any suggestions or areas. My husband and I are looking to rent in the Studio City Area.

+1 I'm in the same spot but, I'm not looking to rehearse a band so it would be live/work lockout recording space that I'm looking for away from my regular home.
