Hi I am just wondering what is the best way to go about finding a rental house or townhome in the Burbank area? My husband and I are done with apartment building living and will be looking at moving in the start of 2010. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Look between Pass and Buena Vista (west to east) and between Burbank and Magnolia (north to south). There are tons of houses for rent in this area, and its great being right off the Chandler jogging path.

Thanks for the info- what would you say the average rent for a 2 bedroom rental house is going to be in that area?

I'm in a 2 bedroom duplex and pay $1300.00, but I got a good deal. It will probably cost you at least a hundred more for something comparable. As far as renting a 2 bedroom house; sorry, I have no idea haha

I know it's not Burbank, but I just moved out of a rental home in Valley Village (near Burbank) and was paying $2300 a month for a 2 bed, 1 bath plus den. That might give some perspective or at least an idea of home rental prices.
