Well whatever. If I had a dollar for every time I've been wrong then I would be rich instead of just well off.

They've been carving up the Valley into all sorts of new little areas trying to make them sound fancy. For example Lake Louise vs. Van Nuys.

So let me know if you're in the mood to help me in my "one dollar for everything I've said that was wrong" and I'll send you my paypal address in a pm.

But Los Angeles can mean either the city or the county, and Orange County isn't a part of either.

that entire place is smoke and mirrors. people pretend they're "better than los angeles" when the data says otherwise. there's a MASSIVE inferiority complex going on.

furthermore, people in orange county like to pretend they live in some "beautiful place" that's "cleaner than la". ANY town in america built in the past 30-40 years looks exactly like the majority of orange county, this is nothing special.

los angeles was founded in 1781, which was 233 years ago. orange county was empty fields, last week.

people in orange county have extremely poor taste and zero class, the divide between la/oc is far greater than ny/nj or sf/east oakland.

to imply oc is part of la is an insult to los angeles. the mindsets, people, cultures, etc. are completely different.
So says the Fapper!

In French, a fapper is one who engages in " self intercourse". It also happens to be a poster who resides in Miami but is obsessed with LA and OC. This is his latest alias.

That's a flat out racist comment. Justify it any way you want, but it is what it is.

Spare me. Please explain how the claim the demographics of Orange County make it unrepresentative of Southern California at-large is a racist comment.

So it wouldn't be racist of me to say Los Angeles is too Democratic and Mexican, filled with illegals? (1 out of 10 people in LA is illegal)

I wouldn't necessarily call it racist. Just wrong.

As of 2010 census for Orange County:

White Alone 44.0%
Hispanic 33.7%
Asian 17.9%
Black 1.7%

Well, you've said that a thousand and one times, irrespective of context, and I've yet to call you that. But if it makes you feel better I will. Will that get you off? The pathetic desperation of so many of my pigment challenged brothers (whether that describes you, I don't care) to play the reverse racism card is just ******* embarrassing.

Agreed, but the last statistic can't be ignored. Apparently the mere acknowledgement of that fact that while expressing a personal aversion to the local partisan identification is a hall-pass for some people to lose their minds.
