I found a nice rental condo in a building in Encino. We checked it out personally and liked it a lot. It was going for 1150$. After coming back home we found another apartment online in a building very next to the first building going for 1100$ with very similar amenities. We asked the leasing agent(we never met the owner) to negotiate a lower rent with the owner and he came back by saying that owner has agreed to 1100.

This was a week ago. We decided to meet on Dec 17 to sign the lease and give the security deposit. Today I went online and found that second condo for a reduced price of $1025.

Now tell me.....what would you do ? Would you again start negotiation ? I feel bad because he already reduced $50 and we are going over lease document and just finalized them yesterday.

I am confused

First check out the second place. It may not be what you want. If you have not signed a lease or put down a security deposit, you are free to do whatever you want. Unless there are a lot of empty units in the building, I would not try to hold up the landlord who already dropped his price $50. Otherwise, if I were him, I'd wash my hands of you. Be aware that until you have something in writing, NEITHER place is yours, and that in some areas reserved parking is worth paying for.
