Real Estate License is one that comes to mind. I'm guessing you are thinking of college degree? If real estate exam pretty sure you need a high school diploma.

This is info on it if you are interested.

Many realtors don't make much, but some realtors and brokers make millions so I would say it has good potential.

When you don't have a college degree higher paying jobs are limited.

If you don't have a college degree and don't want to get one I'd recommend learning a trade. Combined with some good business skills , which you can learn on your own online and through books I think you can do well. I don't think we will ever stop needing electricians, plumbers, etc.

You don't need a degree to own a business too and owning a business has the best potential for becoming wealthy. As does real estate, but real estate investing is a form of owning a business anyways if you are doing it correctly.

Depends what your field is, do you have a degree, what's your past work experience, etc.

Thank you very much, what do you think about the real estate and insurance market in CA? is there any other business that you think is good?? I'm interested in business and I'm trying to go into it. I'd like to start with sales, marketing, customer service job,but I wonder for people who don't have a degree but with some knowlege for the job can win an opportunity from a good company( it doesn't have to be big).

Not too sure, especially regarding insurance. Real estate right now seems competitive because housing inventory is low, but on the other hand if you get a listing, it will probably sell very quickly.

If you are good at sales and can show it then I really don't think they will care if you have a degree or not. For marketing though it seems more likely they will want to see a college degree.

You have experience in sales already? Many sales positions seem to be commission based.

If you are great at sales then you can go very far.

The economy is rough. Especially in LA. No work experience? Then good luck.

What do you do where you are now and why do you want to leave. That will open this whole thing up.
