Hi, wonder if it would be hard to commute between echo park and glendale, how long would it take?

And is it possible to do so with bus?

Best regards

I hate to be snarky. Normally I try to be helpful here, but, seriously? Echo Park to Glendale? Did you look on a map? Echo Park is the neighborhood directly south of Glendale.

Driving, you'd take the 2 freeway (aka the Glendale freeway) that starts in Echo Park and goes straight to Glendale. Its about 3 exits. 15 minutes.

By bus, you'd take the Metro 92. 30 minutes. http://www.metro.net/riding_metro/bu...images/092.pdf

Not a hard commute at all. The 2 almost never gets busy. Last year my wife had a contract in EP so I drove her down there from La Crescenta every day during rush hour -- and even though that's twice as far as Glendale, it still only took 20-25 minutes in peak traffic. A couple of days she got out early and we were home in 15 minutes.

Mike121 kindly did some good research for you. By car, 5-10 minutes via the 2 on a good day. Easy bus between Glendale and Echo Park. Or you could even bike.

Big Thank You, everyone! Feels much better now that I know it's possible.

Mike121, Yes, did look on a map but still it's hard to get a picture on the traffic and buses and stuff! Great link, thanx!
