I have been trying to sell my RV without success. So I thought about "owner financing".I have an interested party out of state.Does anyone have any insight on how this works? He stated he would put a large down pmt, pay the insurance. How would the DMV registration work?I have been reading that this method in light of the economy is becoming popular.Any help would be appreciated.

Do not do the owner finance unless you own a bank. Just sell it. When people have your property registered in your name you can only lose.
