There are a couple of ways you can get there. 405 s to 105 e ia another alternate route. I go in that direction once in a while around 8:30 am...it's not so bad....no bumper to bumper traffic.

In my opinion it is. There's less congestion. I've been in LA all my life and use the 105 when it can connect me to my destinations. Hope this helps.

i just looked on a map, and found that the 105 is way out of the way. i will probably live close to the 10 so i guess i'll have to just take that. thanks for your advice though. anyone know if the 10 is always bad or is it mostly just bad during rush hour? thanks.

between 10 AM and 2 PM it's fine. from 2-3 PM to 7 PM the 10 east is really bad. same thing with the 10 west between 6 AM and 10 AM.

Washington Boulevard is a slow-and-steady alternative to any freeways. My wife uses it to go to the casino from parts west in peak times.
