Cross a particular street and all of a sudden the hood rats jump out from behind trash cans and make menacing faces at you and their homeboys all stare at you like your existence offends them.

Anyway. Woohoo!

I was looking at Pacific Palisades, which could be cool, but studios seem to start around 1300. F that noise. I think I could handle west LA, east of the 405, but I just need to put my big boy pants on and suck it up.
Oh no... not the evil n**gers and Latinos?!??!

Why don't you stop using those code words and be honest.

Maybe you shouldn't be a spineless racist. That might work.

Geesh.

Not too many homeboys in hollywood really...

I lived in Hollywood for a year off Sunset/Fuller . I parked on the street never had any problems. That area right there is mostly older/retired Russian immigrants so I think they kind of kept an eye on things.

Police seemed to patrol that area pretty hard ...most likely because of all the tourism in hollywood.

Oh honey, if gay people bother you that much, you should probably move to Mississippi or Alabama.

What are you doing in Los Angeles, then?

Or southern California, for that matter?

Depends where you are, places I've been in Hollywood are pretty trashy, never been scared over there or anything, I've been to worse, but still I've seen many drug exchanged in front of Mickey Ds, a man taking a dump on the sidewalk about a yard away from the walk of fame, and this was just over by Hollywood High School, a lot of variation, we are talking about Central Los Angeles by the way

Not sure whether anyone suggested this - scanned through but didn't see it - but how about Silver Lake?
