The staff does care about their customers, they here you out and try to do what they can. We even have meetings to address any issues concerning the roommates. I recommend this place for those people that dont have the money for a deposit, for those who do not have good credit, for those who need a place to live as soon as possible. I'm not saying judge a book by its cover, however, there is little-to-no information on this place and even some claims on the website, albeit small ones, are way off. If you have no reason to lie, then don't, even about the small things.

Just because you roll in here saying it isn't a scam doesn't mean it that it isn't (excuse the double negative). No scammer is going to outright admit to their scam. If it truly isn't a scam, then fine, that's cool. However, I merely caution this person to entering into this blindly, that's all.

I have no comments on this place. I've never been there.

However, I would like to point something out, because I know sometimes if something seems like a good deal, people will latch on to one post that supports what they are hoping to be true.
Anyways, my point: The only person supporting this place is someone who signed up strictly for the purpose of saying it wasn't a scam (join date Apr10, one post).

Take whatever you want from that.

This is the photobucket account of the individual who posts the ad on Craigslist:

I don't know if he is a resident, manager, "promoter," or simply a friend with a photobucket account, but take a look if you want.
I think looking at someone's myspace, facebook, photobucket, etc. can give you an idea of who they are.
