I found an apartment on apartments.com for $25 there. Its probably in the ghetto, but we are really desperate for an apartment and its better than sleeping on the streets. But just for the record, what kind of neighborhood is it in? also why is it so damn cheap :P? there has 2 be sum sort of catch

the one positive is that it's not too far from USC. otherwise, not a great area and that price must be wrong. even in the worst ghettos in LA, 2br apartments go for way more than $25.
