crap, i received the ticket in the mail. it is clearly my brother in the picture but hes wearing shades.

i can either see a judge in court or i can request a trial by written declaration. id rather not see a judge since that would probably take all damn day to see him/her.

according to the explanation on the ticket, the trial by written declaration means i fill out some forms and submit other evidence without appearing in court. this seems less of a hassle. anyone tried this?
