Well, email the folks at Chavez Ravine and have them send you a Dodger pennant and an occasional DodgerDog!

A little taste of home, you know.

I live in Phoenix now... but at this moment, LA represents hope to me. I want to move out of Arizona so bad I would drag everything I own across the desert by foot if it meant life in LA. Even in a horrible economic time, LA offers things in abundance Phoenix never could and right now I have little but hope: hope that soon I will find work there, leave Arizona and never look back. The hope is what I love now, but I can see myself being appreciative every day of something else LA offers if I can land a job there.

The restaurants. I might hate LA but the one really great thing it has going for it is the food; it has every type of cuisine imaginable.

I like the Great Variety of things to See and Do for all Ages and the Diversity of People,Cultures,Cuisine,Etc.

I like the fact that your not too far from places like San Diego,Santa Barbara,Palm Springs,Vegas,San Francisco when you want to explore other places.

I like the interesting Microclimates from one area to another...Always thought it was cool that some parts of L.A would be in the 100's while other parts were in the 50's,60's,70's,80's,90's on the same day.

L.A Rocks

I will have to agree with the diversity of things to see and do in Los Angeles. One thing that I wasn't aware of but I am aware of it now is that the sunsets from my backyard are something to be proud of because the sunset is something I can never really describe. It is a feeling of awe, a feeling that something magical is happening. It is amazing that I'm even saying this. I owe this feeling to my gratitude. It is this same gratitude that has opened up the door to me seeing and noticing simple things like a sunset from my backyard. I could go on and on about this. It is really something to treasure.
