3 months? What have you been looking for? I've typically found apartments in under a week.

i guess i'm really picky..

im looking in playa del rey, marina del rey, and santa monica

i want something thats somewhat new (which is tough for santa monica), in a nice area, would like to have washer/dryer in unit if possible, studio or 1 bed, for under 1600

i found a really really nice place in marina del rey, a studio for 1600 but thats the one i passed on, and nothing ive seen has even compared to it

It's going to be difficult to find a newer place with a washer & dryer in the unit. Most complexes are probably 20+ years old ........ Good luck on your search.
