Am I the only one who finds the architecture a little stark? I prefer the architecture in River Ranch. Oh well...these things almost always look much better when they are built than they do on a CGI.

That's what I was thinking, but I do like the inclusion of the oak trees.

Parts of it are complete with a few stores open, but most of it is still either planned or under construction. Not sure who is there or coming, but from the looks of what is complete, this project will only enhance an already nice area. Just hope the planned restaurants do the same for our already great food culture.

Those of you interested and not in the Lafayette area should be made aware of something that could negatively affect this project. It's an ugly saga that needs to come to an end - all started by a hit-piece by a local weekly newspaper on tax loopholes frequently used by area developers.

Never should have gotten this far...

I passed by there Monday, it does look nice, and I have to say I like the architecture and outer colour of the buildings.

I pass by it every day on my way to work and yes it does look like it will be a very nice complex.
