What turned me off of Louisiana was the tv show with Billy the Exterminator.
They've got crazy amounts of insects, snakes and etc. that we don't have in Massachusetts.
I suppose most southern, humid states have the same vexation.

I could dig up a dozen reasons to avoid any given state and give link references... None of that proves anything except that if you want to look for the bad you can find it everywhere..So the I don't like Louisiana and I've never been there part is sort of funny.....Sounds like someone got a couple of speeding tickets....
