There's a joke my wife and I tell each other when going through Woodworth. Those nice black post signs...paid for by speeders. Speed limit is 35, you better do 33!

I read somewhere that if the violation is over the limit by 10mph or less, the State of LA gets/keeps the revenue.

But if it is over by more than 10mph, the City of Woodworth gets/keeps the revenue.
