Hello!

I have a first date coming up in a couple days and I'm hoping there will be more. I just moved to West Monroe and am having a difficult time finding activities to do our places to go on the first couple of dates. Any suggestions out there? Thanks for any and all feedback.

I really feel difficult to find anything interesting in West Monroe/Monroe....Maybe try Shreveport for your date?

Is the Mohawk Tavern in downtown Monroe still open? Or that Cajun restaurant in West Monroe at the foot of the Emden Bridge? Or the Warehouse just south of I-20?

Cheddar's is decent. Food is delicious and at reasonable price. I went to a Cheddar's on a first date and it was great!

I've heard that the new Italian place in West Monroe is great . It's in the old cotton seed building.
Then hit Tinsel town.

Copelands is good and avocados is superb.

When I was still living in the west Monroe/Ruston area a lot of my dates took place in Excalibur and bayou bowling alley and then go out to eat.
