For the last 4 years I have traveled the United States and reviewed Seafood Buffets across the Nation. I am currently doing research and compiling a list for Louisiana and starting in January I will begin visiting all the places on my list each week until I've tried them all.
The purpose of this is to write a book that covers Seafood Buffets from coast to coast. I'd like to list their differences, such as the inclusion of Whiting up north to the inclusion of frog legs in the south. We will have a top 10 list and the book will be filled with detailed descriptions and photos.

If you know of a place in Louisiana please don't hesitate to let me know. Even if all you remember is part of the name or if you can't remember the name but the city/town, I can research from there and add it to my list.

Thank you in advance for any information you can provide. This has been a long journey and I know that Louisiana is known for it's seafood and I cannot wait to experience it.

Bon Temps at L'Auberge Casino and Hotel in Baton Rouge has a seafood buffet Thursday through Saturday evening which includes all you can eat crab legs. IIRC, they also have crawfish when it's in season.

Great suggestions so far, I've checked out all the places listed and will add all to our schedule. We found out that the Cajun Charlies is closed/out of business though.

Keep them coming, I know there are lots of other great places around Louisiana!
