Low-income? You must have a different view of life. When did $200,000 homes in Louisiana become low-income. My co-worker lives there and he makes in the 6 figures. I know a few other people that live there and their HHI is closer to $175,000. I'm not understanding your comment of low income. Slidell's median HHI is $52,830. The median house price is $261,417.
I didn't know these were considered low income starter homes.
