My human alarm clock normally wakes me up around 11-12. Even during the school year I am not "awake" till around lunch or so. I am a VERY deep sleeper.

Well I'm eating my breakfast now and it's 12:24 but that is because I just got up not that long ago.

yeppers, breakfast at 3 am... I was still up and so darn hungry.. darn dr of mine has me on a very strict diet.. alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll l of my favorites have been taken away from me, but I did settle for some yogurt instead...

I did a diet of my own last year and it worked. I kept eating all the foods that I normally ate and started working out 2 hours a night. That worked great then my membership went out and I haven't been back since.

I was burning up to 1200 calories a night or 9400 calories a week.
