I did not know Louisiana was so high I the list! I figured California or New York were. It surprised me! The fact that down syndrome surprised me too! Apparently the twin rate here is high too. DO NOT drink the water.

Doesn't Louisiana still allow cockfighting? I think Mississippi is the other.

I thought we got rid of cockfighting? I think the other one that allows it is either New Mexico or Nevada

well my Uncle murdered 3 of my family members in baton rouge in 1993, so Im no stranger to crime.
He was also into cockfighting I bleieve.

We and New Mexico both outlawed it recently - I want to say last year.

I would like to know one thing is there any one in shreveport reaching out to help their comunity. its very easy to put people down or judge them but is anyone cocerned about the welfair of the people in shreveport
