Latest from BP officials..."gonna try to put some big huge balloons over the pipe..when they are filled, we will float them away..kinda like a helium balloon...but filled with oil. This is the best we have at this time. This will be called ..."operation balloon fill"

Hard to believe a company like BP would not have plans in place should a situation like this occur but of course they are only interested in profit and i would wonder just what percentage of that profit goes back in to safety practices in these offshore wells.

BP will learn their lesson the hard way. Not sure if their pockets are lined well enough for the onslaught of lawsuits headed their way plus everything else.

My Train went by 6 BP Gas Stations and all of them were empty , but the gas stations next to them had lines. Anyway , the Onion News Network actually is telling the truth this time and not its normal satire.

The lack of candor and truth from BP is an insult.

BP has now confirmed that the latest "Top Kill" maneuver has failed. They have also confirmed, as a next step, that they are in talks with Gary Coleman's widow to see if she will permit them to stuff his little puffy body down there to try and stop the leak!

God bless BP for their ineptitude (and RIP Gary Coleman).
