I know Louisville doesn't have an H&M or Urban Outfitters, but are there any cool clothing stores or boutiques like this that cater to younger, urban men? I've seen DotFox. Also, are there any nice consignment shops for college-aged people in the area?
(I posted this in the Lexington forum and got no response.)

Not exactly Louisville, but I see a lot of independently owned hip-hop clothing stores in Radcliff on Wilson Blvd about 40 minutes South of Louisville.

For consignment shops, check out any of the Plato's Closets. There is one in the Stony Brook shopping center on the corner of Taylorsville and Hurstbourne. In Lexington, there is one on Nicholasville Road not far from campus. There is also a place called the Urban Attic on Bardstown. I've never been there, but it sounds like something you are looking for. Jefferson Mall has some shops like Hot Topic and that kind of thing. I haven't been out there in years, but they also could have what you are looking for.

Park near Eastern Parkway on B-Town road and walk down the road while checking out those shops. There are quite a few consignment shops, I believe.
