ear-Xtacy has moved to 2226 Bardstown Rd. in a new 4500 sq. ft. facility, 1 mile from the old store. The grand opening is July 30th. This is going to leave the previous 10,000 sq. ft. facility open. I'm looking at this as a good thing because this could draw in some nice retail, or possibly something else. Any thoughts on what tenants might snatch up this space?

I'm sure somebody will pick it up fairly quick. Bardstown could always use another bar. Someone buy it and put one there. thx.

I think it is perfect for Urban Outfitters. Alas, for some reason I dont think they know how hip Louisville is. The Highlands kids would eat that store up in that location.

Urban Outfitters would be great! I would definitely frequent that place. It's so inconvenient having to drive to Bloomington, IN anytime I want to shop there.
